We like to keep things simple. So here it is, our hassle free refund and exchange policy.
If for any reason you do not like your item, (wrong size, color, damaged, not what you thought it was...) please contact us within 90 days from your purchase,
at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at (503) 791-4670 or simply fill out the form below.
We will refund your money or give you store credit. Whichever you prefer. You don't even have to return the original item. (Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, we prefer you don't. )
However, we do accept returned items in their original packaging. So, if you do need to return or exchange an item, simply contact me at email@example.com. I will email you a return shipping label free of charge. No access to a printer? Not a problem, I can print it out for you and send the return label in the mail.

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards . We will also notify you of your refund. then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
